Yes. Our transition care management service is designed specifically for this situation. Yes. We accommodate family presence at all hours during active hospice care. We want families to be able to be there, without restriction.

We partner with several local hospice organizations and can recommend providers. You may also bring your own — we coordinate with all licensed hospice agencies.

Can a resident receive palliative care and still pursue curative treatment?

Yes. Palliative care is designed to complement, not replace, curative treatment. A resident can continue chemotherapy, cardiac treatment, or other interventions while also receiving palliative support.
